As one of the Grand Strand's leading process servers, we have the experience to handle your difficult process serving jobs with honesty and integrity. We utilize a case management software that keeps you up to date with your job at all times. We accept time-sensitive jobs and often times we can deliver when other process servers cannot.
Process servers handle an assortment of tasks such as filing court papers, serving legal documents and document retrieval. Our principle job is to deliver or "serve" legal documents to a defendant or person involved in a court case. After serving any legal documents, process servers have to deliver actual evidence that the legal papers were served. The verification that is offered is referred to as an affidavit of service or proof of service, which must be notarized and given back for evidence to present in court. Process servers are legally required to serve papers in the correct manner laid out by their state. Process serving laws differ by state, so each individual process server may have a distinctive way of carrying out things. It is important to be sure this is handled not only professional, but in a manner that will hold up in court.
If you need a Process Server, Global Investigative Services, Inc. can help.
